James, an English teacher with a slight drink problem arrives in the UAE to escape the drudgery of EFL work in Rome. Dazzled initially by the bright lights of Dubai he is brought to the Blue Crescent Language School in Al Ain. Here James's fortunes take a turn for the worse....

Marked for Life is the first feature film to be produced in Al Ain and contains a stellar cast from the expatriate community.
